ridiculously fresh looking plates of food.

Incidentally, here is Le Fooding’s full list of 2016 awards, with Dersou as king of the castle. On top of that, Taku is completely humble and unassuming. No big shot chef ego, just a super friendly, generous guy cranking out creative, awesome food.
